Show Notes

John Morgan, the CEO of the cloud cybersecurity detection and response company Confluera, was this week’s guest. After sharing how he got to where he is, he talked about the current state of public cloud security. In the news, the team discussed Google moving on from Qualcomm processors in their phones, the end of Itanium chips, Amazon’s hefty GDPR fine, how a spoofed Brave.com got a lift from Google, and the most exploited vulnerabilities from the FBI and CISA. Finally, in the “D’oh” segment, they looked at the irony of a scam-baiting YouTube channel falling for a tech support scam. Oops.
